In 2022, Crest maintained our place on the FTSE4Good Index (2022), we were awarded B Score in the CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project) and named as one of the Financial Times’ European Climate Leaders in 2022. Crest is also a proud Signatory of the Business Ambition to limit global temperature rise to 1.5°C and became the first UK housebuilder to have our science-based net-zero target approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative in 2023 Crest Nicholson’s aim for the present and future is to improve the quality of life for communities and individuals by ensuring an emphasis on inviting landscaped public realms, extensive green infrastructure, and appropriate community facilities.
